Because every site offers a unique set of challenges and opportunities, we tailor our design approach according to the program, scope, timeline, architecture and budget while drawing on experience gained through over 39 years of successfully completed projects.

We take our role as stewards of the environment seriously and continuously strive to achieve balance between program (people) and site (nature). We bring an ethic of sustainability, ecological awareness, resource efficiency, and regenerative design to all of our projects.

History

Tom Berger established The Berger Partnership in 1971 and his expertise and dedication established a portfolio of notable projects regionally and beyond. Since his retirement the leadership of the firm is shared among five partners; Steve Shea, Greg Brower, Jason Henry, Guy Michaelsen and Jonathan Morley. Building on this legacy of passion for design the firm continues to moves forward as an ecologically responsive and innovative landscape architecture and urban design firm.
