Inspired by both natural and built environments, I bring to the firm an enthusiastic interest in integrating these elements into the urban context. My work experience includes a broad range of public and private projects of which I have collaborated with local communities and individual clients to synthesize their ideas from concept to reality. Examples of this can be seen through my involvement with the expansion of Jefferson Park in Seattle, Phase 2 of the Pacific Connections Gardens at Washington Park Arboretum, the renovation work for the historic Ladder Creek Gardens in Newhalem or the master plan for Confluence Parks in the City of Issaquah.
I can be found on occasion tending to my home garden when I am not managing projects. I also enjoy cycling with a particular interest in the rural farm roads of the Snohomish, Snoqualmie or Skagit valleys. When not on my road bike, I am backcountry skiing or hiking the mountains and wilderness areas of the greater Pacific Northwest.
