I joined the firm in 2007 after completing a summer internship program here creating a report that present Water Management Strategy case studies. I enjoy the sensitive and site-specific approach required by many of our projects and I’m inspired by places with multiple layers of function, history and culture. I look forward to the unique challenge presented with each project: using materials in an honest, simple and effective manner to reinforce the vision, program and function embedded in successful places. Recent projects that exemplify my approach to design are the Ladder Creek Garden Project, University of Puget Sound’s Commencement Walk and the Lemieux Library at Seattle University.
