It seems like a person in Seattle can’t go a day without hearing about or seeing a new development in South Lake Union. And recently, The Berger Partnership realized how big a part we are of that. Below are the projects that we are working or have worked on and others.

Many of us spent an evening in celebration at the Henry Art Gallery. We were there to honor Tom Berger & Charles Anderson and their nomination in the ASLA Council of Fellows. There was quite a buzz around the entire Berger office all of yesterday. I speak on behalf of the entire staff when i say, that we are proud of Tom and his accomplishments and that we are happy to be a part of this firm.

The reception included lots of cheers, food & wine, as well as words from Kenichi Nakano, Richard Haag, Charles Birnbaum, Charles Anderson and Tom Berger. The event was hosted by WASLA, and was proceeded by a lecture given by Charles Birnbaum.

Stadium High School celebrated it’s centennial and 100 million dollar renovation to much fanfare. The high school, originally designed as a luxury hotel, recently reopened after an extensive year and a half long remodel. The 8 story Tacoma icon affectionately called the”castle”, also has a new Performing Arts Center and gymnasium addition as well as above ground parking.
