Jeanette Benton

Landscape Architect, Senior Project Manager, LEED® AP

Growing up in the Midwest provided Jeanette with a tenacious work ethic and a partialness to Jell-O salads. Her experience ranges in scale of work from large resort, institutional, and urban projects to more intimate residential projects. Her interest lies in practicing sustainable design while maintaining clear design intentions in the landscape. Her projects include IslandWood, Cal Anderson Park, Alderbrook Inn, Tumble Creek and 2201 9th Avenue.


Jeanette came to Seattle via
Yellowstone National Parkoff-site link where she worked as a Landscape Designer for the National Park Service. She enjoys traveling and her designs are influenced by her studies of landscape throughout Europe and the United States. Jeanette recieved a Bachelors of Landscape Architecture from Iowa State Universityoff-site link, and has been with The Berger Partnership since 1999.
