The Berger Partnership worked on this multi-family, mixed-use project. The project is situated in the Rainier Valley district of Seattle and is adjacent to a major bike route that connects Seattle to Bellevue across the I-90 Bridge. The landscape features a pedestrian and bicycle friendly streetscape, a street-level plaza designed for community gatherings, a second-story outdoor terrace, and a rain garden that receives the entire roof runoff. The plantings are all drought-tolerant and receive no irrigation.
