Located in the heart of the uptown urban center, 100 Republican Street will be a six story mixed-use building featuring many public benefits and streetscape compatibility to enhance the existing character of the neighborhood. A large public plaza along Republican Street compliments the nearby activities and entrances into the Seattle Center, including locally designed art. Drought tolerant landscaping, protection of existing legacy trees, bermed entry patios and rain gardens, further enhance the pedestrian environment and provide a sense of separation and privacy for the living units.
