The Berger Partnership worked on the preliminary master plan for this 7,000-acre resort formerly known as MountainStar, providing visioning and conceptual master planning for the Resort Village and Lodge, and road layout and alignment for the entry and Visitor/Sales Center. Construction is underway for the Bull Frog Pit project, the restoration of a mine site to its former natural condition by regrading, reuse of biomass, planting native vegetation and recreating wildlife habitat. Our projects at Suncadia include: the Master Plan/Road Alignment, Bullfrog Pit Restoration, the Entry, the Greeter's Cottage, the Lodge at Suncadia, the Village, Suncadia Lake and the Sports Club. At adjacent Tumble Creek: the Tumble Creek Entry, Activity Center, Pro Shop, and Lakes and Streams. Signage by Julie Speidel.
