The PCCMF is located on 30 acres in Frederickson, Pierce County and is comprised of an operations office building and four maintenance buildings on 10 acres of paved tarmac. The site design for PCCMF was developed through a fully collaborative, integrated process. All team members contributed concepts and ideas to facilitate the Owner's goal of a high LEED® rating. go to the next page
