sammamish landing

Sammamish Landing Park is part of one of the largest undeveloped sites left along the eastern shore of Lake Sammamish. Steeped in cultural history, a forested shoreline, wetlands and abundant wildlife, the site holds many opportunities for a sustainable approach to future development. With 2,900 linear feet of waterfront, steep slopes adjacent to East Lake Sammamish Parkway and King County's regional trail running the length of the property, there are many challenges facing the future development of the site. Working jointly with Anchor Environmental and Northwest Archeological Associates, the Master Planning effort for the park has included front end research and documentation of cultural and ecological resources on the site.
