We’re excited to share that Global Technology Company, designed by Berger Partnership in collaboration with OLIN, has received a 2026 World Landscape Architecture (WLA) Award. The project earned an Honourable Mention in the Commercial Landscape Design category, recognizing its innovative approach to workplace landscape design.

Set across more than 73 acres, the campus landscape reimagines the modern workplace as a connected ecological system. From restoring native habitat and daylighting streams to integrating geothermal energy, green roofs, and a car-free network of trails and gathering spaces, the project demonstrates how landscape architecture can advance environmental performance while supporting health, collaboration, and everyday connection to nature.
